Stress, Portrait of a Killer - Full Documentary (2008) - YouTube

Discovering what you can affect that is making your life living with m.s.even more miserable, is a proactive and healthy response.

Attitude towards the disease is important.  You can affect your symptoms to some extent by being mindful of your stress levels.

Experts tell us over and over that stress is a killer in general and particularly with m.s.  Make it a priority to reduce stress in your life.  Eliminate as many stress triggers as you can, such as learning to worry less.

We are told that is is pointless to fight m.s. because we can only become frustrated but that does not rule out taking a proactive approach to our general mental and physical health.
