How to assess stress

Despite all its conveniences, options and safety nets, modern life is a high-wire act of barely managed tension and outdated stress hormnal systems are the root cause.

Self-Test to take:
The Yale Stress Center’s online test (yalestress.org).

Scientists tell us that stress leads to cognitive impairment and memory loss and that stress can, and will, kill you.

And it will kill you in a dozen ways, such as cancer, gastro-intestinal problems, infections, heart disease, and diabetes.

You need those stress chemicals for emergencies only.

Identify your stressors and manage them.
