MS continually challenges me to find a balance between pride and humility




 This juxtaposition is common with most disabilities. even just realizing age is an incurable condition... LOL



Walk slower but smile more


MS has been a long and turbulent road


I’ve learned to live in the present and not focus on the “what-ifs” of the future too much

Make Lists



Keep your Calendar


Use Alarm and Reminders


Keep your brain active



Label it



Keep Items in same location

Try not to procrastinate



Ask for help when you need it


Talk to Dr about treatment
